Gathering relevant information is crucial. Collect details such as the date, time, and location of the incident, as well as the vehicle identification numbers (VINs) of the involved vehicles.

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Notify the insurance company about the accident.

Step 2: Attain insurance claim number for the accident.

Step 3: Drop off or have towing company bring the Delivery Van to our location.

Step 4: Get an estimate of repair from your insurance adjuster.
